Returns and Refund Policy

At Vitordeco, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your wall décor purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and any included hardware

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • The product must not be customized beyond the standard options available on the product page

Return Authorization Process

You must contact us before returning any item to obtain approval. Once your request is accepted, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for proper packaging

  • A return authorization number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Order Issues

If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect product, size, design, or color received

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or personalized products that include user-submitted text or images

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original purchase and then place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, the refunded amount can be used toward your replacement order.

Refund Timeline

After your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply
